Trial Exhibits

These are demonstrative medical exhibits used in connection with a doctor testifying about the medical care and treatment provided to their patient. These types of exhibits are completed by a firm out of New York City that takes information from the medical record and diagnostic films to put these exhibits together. The cost of having these exhibits produced is not cheap, but the cost is well worth it by helping jurors understand what the plaintiff has gone through in trying to deal with the injuries inflicted upon them by a defendant. These exhibits are also helpful at the time of mediation by helping an adjuster working for the insurance company understand the seriousness of the plaintiff’s injuries.
